Primaverum is a software company and applied-AI lab founded in 2024. We are building Alfredy, a platform that automates document analysis and file preparation for mortgage brokers regulated by Banco de Portugal. It is in private development, piloted with one broker, and not yet available to others.

Alfredy

A platform for mortgage brokers. In private development, piloted by one.

A mortgage broker spends most of the day reading documents, checking figures and assembling applications in the format each bank requires. Alfredy is being built to do that groundwork and leave the analysis and the decision to the broker.

What exists today runs on real files at our pilot broker. What is listed here is what we are building, not a feature list for sale.

  • Document readingPayslips, bank statements, tax returns and ID documents, turned into structured, checked data.
  • Application preparationA summary of the file in the format each lender expects, with mandatory fields filled and inconsistencies flagged.
  • Communication triageClassification and summary of client emails and messages, so nothing is left unanswered.
  • Human review by designNo application leaves the platform without a registered broker reviewing it. Automation prepares; a person decides.

Pilot partner.

Origami is a mortgage broker registered with Banco de Portugal and the first operation where Alfredy is used. Every feature is tested on real files, with real documents and the banks' real deadlines, before it is offered to anyone else.

Origami is Alfredy's first user and pilot partner: what does not work at Origami does not make it into the product.

The pilot gives Primaverum what a product for regulated brokers needs most: real cases, real deadlines and a licensed broker reviewing every output.
